Taste Inverclyde is delighted to announce it will be supporting the Spring Boat Sales Weekend at Kip Marina on Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th April, offering more opportunities for local food and drink manufacturers to promote their products.
Taste Inverclyde has teamed up with Scotland Food and Drink to delivery its first Brewery, Bottling and Distillery tour, which is aimed at increasing knowledge and networking opportunities between Inverclyde food and drink businesses.
Riverside Inverclyde (Ri), the organisation charged with delivering the economic redevelopment of Inverclyde, has awarded a £1.6 million design and build construction contract for its food and drink incubator to Inverclyde contractor, Stewart and Shields.
Scotland’s Boat Show 2018 (SBS18) – the largest Scottish and second largest UK boat show – was held at Kip Marina, Inverclyde over the weekend, attracting visitors and exhibitors from across the UK, Ireland and even as far afield as Europe.
Recently renovated Custom House Hotel is the latest independent restaurant to join Taste Inverclyde.
Located at the heart of the Greenock Harbour’s with its rich heritage and history, the Custom House Hotel is located directly across from Riverside Inverclyde’s 200 year old Custom House and the £10m Beacon Arts Centre development.
Having re-opened in 2017, the Hotel has created a new 150-seated wedding function suite, honeymoon suite and spa bath as well as two restaurants for diners to enjoy hearty Scottish produce.
