New Route To Market For Small Producers: Briefing Sessions
Scotland Food & Drink is working in partnership with Route2 on this exciting new opportunity and is pleased to offer small producers the chance to attend a briefing, Q&A and networking session with the Cress Co. team.
Route2 is a new service from the people behind Cress Co., Scotland’s leading fine foods and drinks distributor, who supply thousands of specialist retailers, including independent deli’s, cafes, bars and farm shops throughout the UK.
Route2 is a revolutionary distribution model aimed at small producers who want to reach specialist retail customers, but without the concerns of minimum orders or the typical restrictions of a wholesaler. The Route2 process allows small producers to benefit from Cress Co.’s efficiency and distribution knowledge, whilst retaining control of their product range, stock availability and pricing to the customer.
